Who Am I?
My name is Derek MacDonald. I'm just a guy from Flint, MI, who is seeking to help others change their lives through taking control of their mental health and physical wellness. I currently work full time as a General Manager and Fitness Coach at Snap Fitness. I enjoy video games, sports, collecting trading cards, professional wrestling, cooking, and spending time with my family and beautiful fiancé. I look forward to spending some of my off time with you all!

What I Do
For each new client, I will offer a free 30 minute consultation. This will allow us to get to know one another, understand your goals, and assure your medical history allows for training. You should be interacting with me before making a commitment, which is why these are free!
1:1 Virtual Personal Training
We will take an hour per session to discuss your progress and I will lead you through a full workout. I will take time to assist you on form, understanding how you feel, and working you to achieve your personal fitness goals!
Looking for fitness? Looking for community? Join a virtual group fitness class. I will lead these sessions and guide the group on how to complete the movements. These will be fun and fast paced!
We will take a half hour per session to discuss best practices in nutrition for your goals. This covers what food is best to eat, when to eat it, and what you're eating it for.
