Service Description

[Monday: Upper Body] --- [Wednesday: Lower Body] --- [Friday: Cardio] During these sessions I will guide you through a 45 minute class of upper body work. This will include a warmup, main session, and cool down. Focuses will be on shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, and core. I will guide you on how to do each of the movements and help push you to achieve results!
